Shape Anew is the powered down version of Tinker, and its crap. BMoor is right, theres almost no point in playing the card unless your running some ridiculous high cost high power artifacts. Still, there are good reasons to USE Shape Anew, as in to sacrifice artifacts you've already gotten the maximum use you can out of (and get a little something in return instead of nothing) OR for the element of surprise (swap a tapped artifact for something untapped). In any event, Shape Anew is worthless as a primary strategy simply because it is not as good as Tinker, but it is not entirely useless in the right deck. Cheers, Hayden.
