Mythic Rares and Fungibility
Hayden here. While ManaNation writer Sean Morgan seems to debunk the claim that Mythic Rares are bad for the game because they "...have made competitive Standard constructed decks more expensive" that is not the real problem many players have with them. The problem is the same with the Eldrazi, and Morgan merely knocks down a Straw Man he creates for the purpose of knocking it down. Yes, some folks do have a problem with pricing issues, but that is not the real problem for MTG purists.
